Transportation upon arrival is the responsibility of the
attendee. We recommend the following services if you do not
rent a private car:

Shuttle Service to the Conference Center
Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Hilton Hotel to
all conference activities. The shuttle schedule will be
distributed to you upon check-in at your hotel. If you choose
to drive, there is parking available in the garage below the
Microsoft Conference Center. All drivers must register their
vehicle with the front desk upon arrival at the Conference
Center.
Hotels
Hotel accommodations may be secured when you register for the
meeting. Meeting Solutions will manage all hotel reservations
and cancellations until 1 March 2010, 1600
EST.
We have secured the following hotel for the Mission Critical Microsoft Symposium and ground transportation will be provided from the Hilton Bellevue to all meetings and events:

Room Rate: $159 per night, plus local taxes and fees,
currently 14.4%
Cancellation
Policy
Please note, should you need to make changes or cancellations after
Monday, 1 March 2010 (regardless of how you reserved your
room) you must contact the hotel directly to cancel and also please
notify us at dodsymp@microsoft.com.
Hotel cancellations MUST be made 72 hours in advance of anticipated
arrival or your credit card will be charged. If less than 72 hours
in advance please be certain to contact the hotels directly at the
number above.
Registration
On-site registration will provide you with your Symposium
credentials and conference materials. Registration will be
open throughout the Symposium.

Attendee Guests
Due to the confidential information discussed throughout the
conference, we request that you do not bring your spouse or any
companion to the meetings or related event functions.
Tours
We are pleased to offer tours to the Microsoft Home and the Center
for Information Works during your visit to the Redmond
Campus. These tours will be available throughout the
symposium. Sign-up sheets will be available at the
registration area.

How to stay in touch with your office
We will have phone lines available for you to call your
office during lunch and breaks at the Microsoft Campus. These
phones require credit cards or calling cards for long distance
service. High speed Internet access (wireless) will be
available for you to access your email during breaks.
